Discover the Bills That Were Tracked by the Legislative Action Committee
The League of Women Voters of Colorado’s Legislative Action Committee (LAC) was hard at work this legislative session, ensuring our voices were heard at the Colorado General Assembly.
Our team of dedicated, trained volunteer lobbyists carefully review proposed bills, evaluate them against League positions and principles, and take official stances on key issues. Beyond research and analysis, they actively engage in the legislative process – testifying before committees, advocating for policies that align with our mission, and working to shape the future of Colorado through informed action.

Learn how you can help protect immigrant communities. President Trump's so-called border czar, Tom Homan, recently complained that immigrants in sanctuary cities are "very difficult" to arrest because they are educated about their rights when it comes to ICE raids.
